Returns & Exchanges
Of course we hope you will be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to offer a full refund.
Before returning any products please send an e-mail to [email protected] and mention in the email the following:
- name
- order number
- product
- reason for return.
Once you received a confirmation e-mail, you can send the unused items (on your account) to:

Ensure the item you are returning is unworn/unused and in a saleable condition with its original tags and packaging.
Please enclose your packing slip and clearly identify which items you wish to return
The shipping costs for returns are on your own expense. We recommend you to use a tracked postal service as Mikomodo is not liable for any loss in transit.
Once your return has been well received, you will receive a credit note email. We'll strive to process your return within 10 days after receiving the items and offer you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.
For exchanges, we ask to simply place a new order for the items you would like to receive. Please then return the original item(s) by post for a refund.
